Alana Grace’s Galloping Foundation is a heartfelt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in loving memory of Alana Grace Williams. The foundation was born from Alana’s deep love for horses and the joy, confidence, and peace she found in the barn.

From a young age, Alana was passionate about horses. She began riding lessons at six years old and spent one week each summer attending horse camp near her dad’s cabin in Pennsylvania. Those weeks were something she looked forward to all year. Even when camp was not in session, Alana would visit the ranch whenever she was at the cabin, helping clean stalls, spending time with the horses, and riding every chance she got. Horses were never just a hobby for her. They were where she felt grounded and most herself.

Our mission is twofold. We are committed to raising awareness about the dangers of distracted driving, while also raising funds to provide children with the opportunity to attend horse camp. Through this foundation, we strive to turn tragedy into purpose by giving children access to the same life changing experiences that meant so much to Alana.

On April 10, 2022, Alana’s life was taken at just 17 years old when a man ran a red light in Ranson, West Virginia. While the loss is immeasurable, Alana’s spirit continues to guide everything we do.

Through your generosity, Alana Grace’s Galloping Foundation helps children experience confidence, responsibility, healing, and joy through horses. Donations are thoughtfully divided between horse camps in Florida, where Alana’s mother lives, and West Virginia, where her father lives, allowing Alana’s legacy to continue in the places that shaped her heart.
